Body found in search for James Kipling from Harrogate

Police searching for missing man James Kipling of Harrogate have found a body at Saltburn in Cleveland.

The body was discovered at around 3.40pm on 15 November 2013, near cliffs in an area of the beach known as Saltburn Scar.

James Kipling, 35, had not been seen since 4.30pm on Thursday 14 November 2013, when he drove away from his home address on Allotment Gardens in Harrogate.

Police are not yet in a position to formally release the identity of the deceased.

Police have confirmed that searches for Mr Kipling have now stopped.
