Timmy Carroll, from the Horse Close area of Skipton, was recently charged for two offences of affray and an incident of assault.
Police are now appealing for information to the his whereabouts, who is wanted for breach of his Bradford Crown Court Bail.
Known locally as Timmy Carroll, it is believed he is still in the Craven area, being harboured by friends.
Carroll is described as white, 5ft 11” tall with brown short hair. Anyone who thinks they may have seen him is urged not to approach him, but to contact North Yorkshire Police immediately.
