Harrogate-based interior design and furnishings retailer, James Brindley, has announced two new appointments to support the success of the on-going business development strategy.
Ashlea Woodman joins as Junior Designer to assist with the design and implementation of an expanding portfolio of interior projects. With a BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture & Design, Ashlea has worked in commercial interior design and joins James Brindley from The White Company where she was Assistant Store Manager.
On her appointment Ashlea said: “I’m delighted to be joining such an established interior design team. I know I will learn a great deal from working with them and in turn I hope they gain from my design perspective and capabilities.”
James Brindley has also strengthened its retail sales team with the appointment of Ross McDill as Upholstery Sales Consultant. Ross previously gained 6 years sales and merchandising experience across luxury British home and fashion brands to include Austin Reed, Laura Ashley, The White Company and Jigsaw.

Ambitious plans for brand expansion this year has seen James Brindley draw on 30 years of interiors expertise to design and manufacture its own ranges of furniture. Three new James Brindley furniture collections that include sofas, chairs, tables, sideboards and dressers, are made locally in Yorkshire by skilled joiners and upholsterers.
