Daniel Lister handed himself into Harrogate Police station and has subsequently been charged with escaping lawful custody.
Officers had wanted to speak to 22 year-old Daniel following his arrest on suspicion of Affray on 3 February 2018. The incident happened at a Retro Bar on Mount Parade in Harrogate at around 4.30am.
