Harrogate Railway appoint new manager

Paul Beesley has agreed to become Manager of Harrogate Railway Athletic with immediate effect.

Paul started his semi-professional career at Harrogate Railway, has previously played for Harrogate Town and spent some time at Station View at the end of last season on his return from a long-term injury.

He joins Railway from Scarborough Athletic where he has been playing this season.

 

Paul said:

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to be manager of Harrogate Railway.

I would like to thank the board for choosing me and I hope to do my best and bring success to the club.

 

Harrogate Railway have given their thanks Scarborough Athletic FC for their support in allowing Paul to join Harrogate Railway.

Harrogate Railway play in the NCEL Premier League and Paul’s first game in charge will be on Saturday, away against Barton Town Old Boys.
