Incidents of car damage in Woodfield and Bilton now stopped

Police have said that there were 34 reported incidents of vehicle damage in the Bilton and Woodfield area of Harrogate between the start of December 2015 and the 2 January 2016.

Vehicles were  damaged in a number of locations including Woodfield road, Albany Avenue and the King Edwards drive area. Damage included scratches along the length of vehicles and to wing mirrors.

The occurrences of the damage has now stopped and Police continue to pursue a number of lines of enquiry.

Police are still urging action from the general public in reporting any new incidents or incidents that have already happened but haven’t been reported.
