An appeal has been made for witnesses after a driver failed to stop following a rear end collision in Harrogate.
The incident happened today (18 November 2013) at around 17:10 on Forest Lane. A grey peugeot 206 was waiting at the railway crossing, heading towards the Wetherby road, when a vehicle collided into the rear of it.
