Witnesses needed for fail to stop road collision

An appeal has been made for witnesses after a driver failed to stop following a rear end collision in Harrogate.

The incident happened today (18 November 2013) at around 17:10 on Forest Lane.  A grey peugeot 206 was waiting at the railway crossing, heading  towards the Wetherby road, when a vehicle collided into the rear of it.

If you witnessed the incident, or are the driver of the vehicle that failed to stop, you are asked to call the police non-emergency number of 101 quoting reference NYP/18112013/0489
