Officers are trying to trace a white Vauxhall Astra van which collided with a red Vauxhall Corsa at the junction of Cheltenham Crescent and Cheltenham Mount, at around 5.15pm on Thursday 7 November 2013.
The van, which didn’t stop, had a yellow light on it’s roof.
Officers are appealing for the driver of the van or anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward.
