CCTV released after counterfeit bank notes used in Harrogate

Two men entered the Co-op on St Winifred’s Avenue in on Wednesday 11 September 2013, and bought toilet rollwashing up liquid and shampoo using two counterfeit £20 notes.

There was also a similar incident, involving the same individuals at the Co-op.

Officers are appealing to anyone who recognises the men to contact them with information.

Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urge to contact North Yorkshire on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for PC Emma Hayes or Harrogate .
