Tommy Wright departs from Harrogate Town

It has been mutually agreed to release Tommy Wright from his contract with immediate effect in order for Tommy to become Joint Manager of Calor League Premier Division side Corby Town.

The club have put on record their thanks for Tommy’s contribution during his short time with then.

Speaking about this, manager Simon Weaver said:

Tommy has shown in his short time with us what a professional player he is and while I am sure he would have had a big impact with us this season, as a club we could not stand in his way when this opportunity was presented to Tommy.Tommy was a very popular character in the changing room and I’m sure he will be excellent in his new rule and we will keep in touch on a regular basis.
