The BBC Look North sofa, prepared for an eight-day charity push around Yorkshire, started off with a fitness test against three of the teams entered for the 2018 Great Knaresborough Bed Race. The sofa, pushed by BBC presenters Harry Gration, Amy Garcia and Paul Hudson, took part in time and fitness trials against the beds on Wednesday 13 March at Conyngham Hall, start and finish venue of the great Knaresborough event.
