Police were called to a residential address in Marbled White Place just after 8am on 22 April 2026.
A stand-off lasting several hours ensued after a man refused to leave or allow a woman to leave the property.
Following negotiations, the man who is in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and has been taken to hospital for treatment, where he remains under close police supervision.
