Sovereign Health Care has shown its continued support for Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity by donating £8,000 to fund nurse training and new diagnostic AI equipment.

The donation will support the ongoing professional development of nursing staff and ensure the best possible care for patients. Funds will also be used to purchase cutting-edge AI equipment designed to significantly reduce diagnostic waiting times.

This donation reflects Sovereign Health Care’s ongoing commitment to enhancing patient care across the region and will equip frontline clinicians at Harrogate District Foundation Trust (HDFT) with essential tools to deliver faster diagnoses, reduce waiting times and relieve patient anxiety during what can be an uncertain and difficult time.

Over the past five years, the company has donated over £59,000 to Harrogate District Hospital which has been used to improve services across the trust.

Alongside financial support, Sovereign has also donated toys and books to the hospital’s Woodlands Paediatric ward and provided trainee Care Support Workers with access to tailored development opportunities.
