Chef Tom Barnes returns to York Racecourse

York Racecourse is pleased to confirm that Tom Barnes, chef / owner of Michelin star restaurant Skof, will be returning to The Sky Bet Ebor Festival on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th August.

For these two days Tom will be taking over both the kitchens and the front of house for the Dante Suite, providing an afternoon of delightful dishes with world-class sport.

Expect a specially curated four-course menu showcasing seasonal ingredients, prepared in Tom’s signature style that highlights the best of modern British cuisine. Served with a choice of fine wines, beers and soft drinks as well as a glass of perfectly chilled Brut Champagne upon arrival.
