Harrogate Street cleaning resumes in time for Christmas

The cleaning of the town centre footpaths is continuing this week.

The work is part of the planned work by the and is part of the work the levy payers told them was most important for the town.

Our contractors, UK Nationwide Cleaning, are out and about at the moment ensuring Harrogate town centre is looking at its best in the run up to . They have been liaising with our Harrogate Hosts as to which areas needed a freshen up, and have reacted accordingly.

In addition to washing away grime from pavements and street furniture, they have also been removing weeds.

Since May, they have power washed more than 40,000 square metres of pavement, and the results speak for themselves. Our pavements are dazzling as bright as our lights!
