Police called to violent incident in Knaresborough

were called to reports of a violent disturbance at an address in at 8.07am today (5 July).

A man has been arrested and is being taken into custody for questioning.

The road was closed whilst the incident was brought to a safe conclusion.

It reopened around 9.30am.
