Man arrested after being reported for being in possession of a knife and causing damage

were contacted at 6.25am Saturday 30 March 2019 by a member of the public who reported seeing a man in possession of a knife, causing damage to wheelie bin on Hyde Park Road In .

Police attended the area and located the man.

A 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old man both from Harrogate, were arrested on suspicion of affray.

Both have since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
