Marie Curie volunteers in Harrogate brave the freeze to raise £1,000

in News

Marie Curie volunteer supporters raised over £1,000 on Saturday, 17 March 2018 with a town centre collection, part of the month-long daffodil .

Nicola Appleton said:

The day was miserable and freezing, I felt really sorry for the volunteers as they were so cold.

We did however raise a little more than I thought we would do considering the condition, over £1,000.

Our next big will be a Rugby Match and Family Fun Day. It will be on the 6 May and we will be releasing more details very soon.
