CAU say that the restaurant will offer contemporary cuisine inspired by the vibrancy, colour and cultural diversity of Buenos Aires and it will be bringing a touch of South American flair and flavour.
On the corner of Raglan Street and Station Parade, the 100-cover restaurant will include a separate bar area and an additional 30-cover space outdoor area.
The design features corrugated booth seating with blue sky and grass imagery. There is an open plan kitchen giving diners the opportunity to see the chefs working.
All-day dining will see customers from breakfast through to dinner each day. .
Open from 10am Monday – Friday and 9am at the weekends.
