Commercial property specialists at Bruton Knowles say they are anticipating keen interest in a new office location near the Harrogate town centre.
Nicholas Broadway from Bruton Knowles said said:
With the office market in Harrogate generally there have been positive signs over the last year with lowering vacancy rates and a number of key lettings.
However, rental values have not yet seen significant gains – but if supply continues to decrease we would then start to see increases in rental values.
The self-contained office on North Park Road offers 1,488 sq ft of modern space on the ground and first floor with additional space in the attic and basement for storage. The property was operated as a day centre and would be suitable for a number of uses subject to relevant consents.
