The Mayor of Harrogate, Cllr Jim Clark and the Leader of the Council, Cllr Richard Cooper flew the Saltire above Crescent Gardens in Harrogate today.
It follows the lead of Downing Street, and is about demonstrating Harrogate Borough Council’s support of a ‘no’ vote in the Scottish Independence Referendum.
