Man cut free from overturned vehicle in Scriven

Emergency services were called at 13:16 on 21 May 2014 to The Green, Scriven following reports of road traffic collision.

Fire Engines from Knaresborough and Harrogate Fire Stations attended.

A car had overturned with a man aged approximately 25 to 30 years trapped inside.

The fire crews used hydraulic cutting equipment and small tools to release him.

He was suffering from possible neck, back and internal injuries he was then taken to Hospital by air ambulance.
