Minor fire in Harrogate Cafe

Fire crews were called today (3 April 2014) to a cafe on Cheltenham Crescent in Harrogate.

Arriving at  07:23am, fire crews from Harrogate and Knaresborough Fire Station attended.

The cause of the fire is believed to be a pan left unattended.

The contents of the pan were 100% destroyed by fire.

Crews extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel, they also ventilated the property.
