Lucky escape following collision with tree

The received a report at 4.50pm on Sunday 10 November 2013, Renault Clio had collieded with a tree on the Rd in Staveley.

As a result of the incident the 18-year-old woman driving the car suffered a hand injury and was taken to District Hospital.

The road was closed for around five hours following the .

Anyone witnessed the collision or saw the vehicle prior to the incident is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on101, select option 2 and ask for Steve Gardner.
