Harrogate cash theft suspects

Harrogate Police have released a CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of cash from an ATM in Harrogate.

At around 5.55pm on Thursday 17 October 2013, a 25-year-old local man withdrew £100 from the cash point outside Asda on Bower Road but forgot to take the money.

When he realised his mistake he quickly returned to collect the cash but it had gone.

Police enquiries have identified two men officers would like to trace in connection with the incident and the public are urged to come forward if they know who the men are.

Anyone who can help to identify the men is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for PC Daniel Walker or Harrogate police.
