Man suffers broken leg in Harrogate road accident

PoliceNorth Yorkshire Police were alerted at around 5.15pm on Wednesday 16 January 2013 after reports of a road traffic collision on North Park Road, Harrogate.

The collision involving a Jaguar X Type and a pedestrian occurred at the junction with Park Parade.

The pedestrian, a 48-year-old man from Leeds, suffered a broken right leg in the incident and was taken to Harrogate District Hospital for treatment.

The road was clear just before 7pm.
