12-year-old boy injured in Harrogate road collision

PoliceNorth Yorkshire Police were called at around 3.45pm on Wednesday 9 January 2013 after reports of a road traffic collision on Knaresborough Road, Starbeck.

A 12-year-old boy sustained a head injury when he was involved in a collision with a car.

He was taken to Harrogate District Hospital for treatment to his injury, which is not thought to be serious.

The road was clear at around 4.45pm.
