Polcie are appealing for the public’s help to locate 82-year-old Christine Dunn, who is from the York area.
Christine was last seen in Heslington at approximately 6am today (12 August 2026).
She is described as a white female, around 5ft 2in tall, with very long grey hair.
She may be wearing a pale blue jumper and brown two-tone wide-fitting trousers or a skirt, as shown in the second photograph.
Christine is known to frequent the Heslington, Fulford and University areas. As time passes, and due to today’s hot weather, we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare. Extensive enquiries are currently ongoing to locate her.
