HR and people professionals in and around Harrogate are being invited to a new local networking opportunity, with the first Connecting HR Harrogate event taking place on Wednesday 11 February at Starling Independent Bar Cafe Kitchen, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
The event is designed to bring together professionals working across HR, L&D, coaching, consultancy, recruitment and related people-focused roles, offering a relaxed space to connect with peers, share experiences and build professional relationships without the pressure often associated with formal networking.
Unlike traditional business events, Connecting HR Harrogate has no set agenda, presentations or sales pitches. Attendees can drop in for one drink or stay for the whole evening, making it easy to fit around work and other commitments. The emphasis is on genuine conversation, peer support and taking time out to connect with others who understand the challenges of people-focused roles.
By focusing on bringing together HR professionals from the local area, the event offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from shared experiences and build meaningful connections in an informal and welcoming environment.
