Harrogate-based real estate specialist Pantera Advisory Group has expanded its reach into asset valuation with the launch of a new specialist division serving the insolvency and lending markets.
Pantera Valuation Services, which will operate out of Harrogate and London, will be led by managing director Kevin Counihan together with Pantera Advisory Group founder and CEO, Tom Snook. The new division will broaden the group’s services alongside its full-service property advisory business, Pantera Property.
They will provide a full range of valuation services for clients across the UK, with a particular focus on supporting the insolvency profession.
Kevin joins from global valuation firm SIA in London, where he spent a decade as head of restructuring valuation services. He brings more than 20 years’ experience advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, and corporates on asset valuation and recovery.
Kevin Counihan, managing director of Pantera Valuation Services, said:
Pantera Valuation Services brings together asset valuation and real estate sector valuation expertise with the agility of a fast-growing, independent business.
Our aim is to deliver a highly responsive, specialist service to clients navigating complex restructuring and insolvency challenges.
Pantera Advisory Group founder, Tom Snook, added:
