Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal to close on the 9 February due to forecast high winds

Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal will be closed on the 9 February due to a forecast of high winds.

The closure is for safety reasons and includes the entire estate including the Studley tea-room, the visitor centre and the Abbey.

They are also asking  visitors to avoid walking in the Studley deer park for their personal safety.
