IDHL acquires leading Shopify Plus agency Statement

in Business/Harrogate

The north’s digital heavy weight, IDHL Group, have announced the acquisition of Statement, a fast-growing Shopify agency. Shopify is an ecommerce platform.

Headquartered in , the IDHL Group comprises of WMG, Ingenuity Digital, NetConstruct and Pinpoint Designs, and is now one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the UK.

This latest addition to IDHL’s connected Group of agencies comes less than a year after leading Magento agency, Pinpoint Designs, were welcomed into the Group. Strengthening IDHL’s eCommerce offering, Statement’s Shopify Plus expertise extends the range of web development platforms available to an ever-growing client pool, bringing even further choice.

Shopify Plus have made significant investments in the UK, establishing a dedicated office and team focused on building partnerships and generating new opportunities. With a vision to become the leading UK agency for Shopify Plus, Statement will leverage Group resources to exploit the growing opportunity within the Shopify market.

Managing Director Dan Conboy, who will continue with Statement alongside his expert team of 12, said:
