Police confirm one arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving following Unity Grove vehicle damage incident

say they received a report at 17:10 on 29 October of a truck damaging a number of vehicles in the area of Kings Road, Grange Avenue and as it drove along the street.

The driver of the vehicle, a 35-year-old man from ,  was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drink driving and driving while unfit through . He is currently in police custody.

Officers are working to establish the number of vehicles that were damaged, at this stage they have received reports relating to 12 vehicles.
