A man has been arrested and charged following an incident on Stanhope Drive, late Monday evening, 19 December 2016.
The 27-year-old man from Harrogate was charged for possession of an offensive weapon and for criminal damage.
He remains in custody and will appear by video link at Harrogate magistrates on 29 December 2016.
