Continued success at St. John Fisher

Although the performance measures for GCSE have changed this year, the students of St. John Fisher Catholic High School have yet again achieved excellent results.

The percentage achieving A*-C in both English and Maths is 83%, whilst the percentage of students achieving the English Baccalaureate continues to rise, with 53% of students achieving this qualification.

 

Mr Pritchard, Headteacher, said:

We are proud of our students, as they have achieved the results they deserve due to their hard work, the dedication of our staff and the support of our parents.  We are looking forward to welcoming them back into our Associated Sixth Form.

 

A number of students achieved the highest grades in an impressive array of subjects, amongst them Louis Remington (7A* and 5As), Jan Oledzki (7A*s and 5As), Elizabeth Churchill (9A* and 3As), Rebecca Wharton, (9 A*s and 2As), Lucy Dean (10A* and 2As), Catriona Robinson (11A*s and 2As), and Maya Mellor (12A*s and 1A).
