-Headquartered equipment rental specialist Vp plc has recently renewed its Lease at Central House, Cardale Park reaffirming their commitment to the Town.

Vp, which was established in Harrogate more than 60 years ago, has based its Group Head Office at Central House since 1996.

In a deal brokered for the landlord’s investment managers CEG by national property consultant Carter Jonas, Vp now occupies a total of circa 19,500 sq ft in Harrogate’s premier office building.

Vp, quoted on the London Stock Exchange, provides the rental and sale of specialist equipment and services to a diverse range of end markets including infrastructure, construction, housebuilding and oil and gas, both in the UK and overseas.

Neil Stothard of Vp plc said:

Central House has proved an ideal base for us in Harrogate and we’re delighted to be able to retain our strong links with the town.

Chris Hartnell, associate with Carter Jonas, said:

Harrogate is an affluent town, attracting high quality occupiers and it is great to see that Vp plc have maintained their commitment to the building and to the Harrogate area.

Central House provides Grade A office space with ample parking and some great onsite amenities ranging from an onsite nursery, café and gym with a swimming pool. We now have limited availability with suites ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft – testament to the fact that this high specification three storey office building offers unrivalled facilities which are in great demand.
