Investigations continue into violent incident on Parliament Street in Harrogate

A 72-year-old remains in hospital one month after an incident on Parliament street in Harrogate (5:40pm on 11 June 2015)

The 24-year-old, arrested at the time, has been re-bailed as investigations continue.

At the time of the incident, a 72-year-old man had been asked to leave the Beer and Burger venue by staff. On exiting the building he suffered head injuries on the street outside.

Witnesses are asked to call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 1, and speak to the Force Control Room.
