The Police have said they are now in a position to release the identity of the man who died in the single vehicle collision on 17 May 2014 (Saturday) at Buttersyke Bar (at the junction of the A61 and A658, south of Harrogate).

He has been named as Stephen Dennis Hudson, aged 50, from Leeds.

For clarity, this should not be confused with the collision that also took place on the A61 but on Monday 19 May 2014, involving two vehicles.
