Two pensioners burgled in Ripon

Sometime during Friday 28 March 2014, jewellery and cash was stolen when two bungalows were broken into in the Harrogate Road area of Ripon.

The elderly residents were not at home at the time of the burglaries.

Officers are appealing to anyone with information about the burglaries or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the offences, to contact them with information.

Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for Detective Constable Fiona Ayre or Harrogate CID.
