Police were called by the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service shortly after midnight on Wednesday 29 May 2013, to a property on Back Grange Avenue, where they had dealt with a fire.

Fire crews from Harrogate, Knaresborough and Boroughbridge had attended the fire just off Skipton road in a warehouse building known as the old stables.
