Digital team continues to grow as 9xb makes five new appointments

Full service digital agency 9xb.com has strengthened its team with five new appointments.

Matthew Marriott has extensive senior sales management experience in the digital sector and will take on the newly created role of Business Development Manager at the Harrogate agency.  Managing director Rob Burns said Matthew’s expertise would help the firm fulfil its plans to increase its portfolio of big brand clients.

Ben Kay was previously part of the web team for the University of Hull’s Marketing and Communications directorate and was appointed principal developer of an Open Source platform for publishing in the HE sector. He joins 9xb as web and applications developer.

Rich Kenny, a former professional cage fighter , joins the project management team having previously worked in London, Tajikistan and Nigeria for Adam Smith International.

Digital marketing consultant Craig Addyman and copywriter Sarah Macleod are the latest additions to 9xb’s online marketing team which doubled in size last year.

Mr Burns said the appointments reflected 9xb’s commitment to strengthen its expertise in line with client demand.
