Weekend concerts at Ripley Castle to go ahead

The Wanted to Play Ripley CastleKAL Music, promoters of the Spitfire Proms concert on Saturday 14th July and The Wanted concert on Sunday 15 July at Castle, have today (9 July 2012) completed a site inspection and have said they are delighted to announce that the two concerts are currently to proceed as expected.

The weather that has wreaked havoc with events around the country in the last few days has also affected . But the Ripley Castle site is currently in a good condition for the concerts to go ahead.

The weather situation will remain under constant review but, unless things change substantially for the worse, ticket holders can continue to plan their picnics and nights out.
