Harrogate recruitment firm Larson Group is to create two new senior roles after seeing turnover increase across all divisions.

The company, which specialises in sourcing senior executives and interims, more than doubled its own head count last year and took on extra office space at its base in the centre of Harrogate.

Managing director Martin Pollard said Larson had seen strong growth across all sectors, in particular in energy and finance.

Martin Pollard said:

We have secured a number of significant new client wins in our core specialisms such as oil and gas.

This has prompted internal reorganisation and the creation of two new senior roles to support the next stage of our expansion.

He said the firm would be carrying out their own headhunting for the positions and would be considering both seasoned recruiters and those with experience of working at management level in the energy and finance industries.
