From traditional children’s games and arts and crafts, the Festival aims to enthral and excite with egg and spoon races, hopscotch, space hoppers, giant jenga and bubbles and balloons galore. There’ll be sparkly tiaras and luxurious top hats hanging from a hat stand for the little ones to try on, or kids can get creative and make their very own with Festival staff on hand to help! And for the adults, there’ll be a range of crime books given away thanks to, and in celebration of, the forthcoming Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival, so adults can dip into a good read while the children play!
