RHS Harlow Carr announce new short courses

6 January 2012

A new selection of short courses, day workshops and evening classes designed to share the best in horticulture has been announced at RHS Garden Harlow Carr in Harrogate.

The programme of 66 courses will run from February to December giving participants the opportunity to explore various topics in horticulture, garden crafts, photography, and floral and botanical arts.

There are plenty of exciting new subject areas available include garden design and history, edible flowers, mosaic making and watercolour painting.

This year also sees some new additions to the ever popular range of willow weaving workshops, offering the opportunity to make willow hares and spheres for the first time.

Many of the original favourites which have booked up quickly in previous years now have the advantage of extra courses to ensure that more people can benefit from the advice of the RHS horticulturists and experts.

All of the courses and workshops will take place in the purpose built, award winning Bramall Learning Centre, one of the greenest buildings in the country.

Bookings will be taken for all courses from Monday 9th January.
