Do you dare go into the woods on Halloween?

19 October 2015

The Pinewoods Conservation Group (PCG) has arranged its first ever Halloween event in the Pinewoods. Along with a spooky walk there will be a fancy dress competition, apple bobbing and a story telling witch!

The event, suitable for all ages, will take place on Saturday 31st October from 5pm to 6pm starting from Car Park 2 at RHS Harlow Carr off Crag Lane HG3 1UE. The event is free to PCG members with a £1 donation from non-members requested.

Committee Member Janine Clark who has lead on the event said:

We are really excited about the new addition to our events calendar. The Pinewoods becomes a different place at night with bats and other wildlife coming out to play.

Halloween is a perfect time to encourage visitors to the Pinewoods at a time they won’t normally visit, with lots of things for them to see and do during the walk.

Do you dare to attend!
