Charlie O’Neill, 27, from Northallerton, is wanted for recall to prison after breaching the terms of his prison release licence having being released partway through a sentence for drug dealing.
Extensive enquiries have been carried out to find Mr O’Neill who also has links to Thirsk, Darlington, Leeming Bar and Hornby.
Officers have warned that anyone harbouring him, could also be committing a criminal offence.
