Real estate specialist Pantera Advisory Group has expanded into a new 4,000-square-foot headquarters at Cardale Park in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
The independent real estate consultancy, property valuation firm, and RICS-recognized surveying practice announced the relocation as part of an aggressive 30% business expansion plan for 2026. The move has doubled the physical footprint of Pantera’s previous corporate offices, allowing space for imminent workforce additions.
The relocation transitions an 18-strong regional team to the Cardale Park campus. This follows the firm’s launch of Pantera Valuation Services in late 2025, which broadened the group’s operational capabilities alongside its core brokerage division, Pantera Property.
Across its combined office infrastructure in both Harrogate and the City of London, the advisory group currently employs a workforce of more than 25 personnel.

Founded in 2016 by chartered surveyor Tom Snook, the firm focuses on providing niche property asset valuations, recovery services, and commercial or residential asset management to lenders, investors, and insolvency practitioners nationwide.
