Located on Knox Lane, the 5.61-acre site will comprise a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes. It will feature eight of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
If given the go ahead by North Yorkshire Council, work at the development is set to commence in early 2027, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in the late summer of next year.
