A brand-new social event with a playful twist is launching in Harrogate this autumn: Pitch Your Pal. The concept is simple – instead of pitching yourself, you pitch your single friend. Their best traits. Your best sales skills.
Participants prepare a short, light-hearted slide deck introducing their friend (3-5 minutes max), then present it to the room, followed by a short Q&A. After the pitches, everyone will then get a chance to mingle, chat, and connect in real time over drinks. Hilarious pitches meet real connections.
Whether you’re pitching or just there to enjoy the fun, Pitch Your Pal is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming evening for people of all ages.
The first event will take place in Harrogate at Cold Bath Clubhouse on Thursday 27 November 2025, running from 7pm–9:30pm. Presenters are asked to sign up in advance and submit their decks before the night, while everyone else is welcome to just come along and join in.
General admission is £10 per person. If you’d like to take the stage and pitch a pal, presenter tickets start from £25.
Organisers Georgina and Tiffany say they want to bring a fresh, community-driven event to the region.
